THE ORIGINS OF MAW GMBH
MAW GmbH is an innovative mechanical engineering company based in Schwerte, North Rhine-Westphalia. Since its foundation in 2003 in Schwerte-Westhofen, the company has continuously developed and specialized.
Originally, the focus was on grinding machines, surface technology and special machine construction. The first milestone was reached in 2004 with the move within Westhofen (a district of Schwerte) to a modern production area of 750 m², which formed the basis for further growth and technical development.

OUR HISTORY
Another significant step was taken in 2022 with the move within Schwerte to Villigst. There, the company now has an expanded production area of almost 1,200 m² at its disposal. At the same time, a change of ownership took place at the beginning of 2023, providing new impetus for the strategic orientation and future development of the company.
Today, MAW GmbH stands for quality, precision, and customer-specific machine solutions and is a reliable partner for companies from a wide range of industries. Its field of activity ranges from special machine construction to service provider
