SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE

Thanks to our short decision-making processes, we are able to act and help our customers at short notice. Our crane systems are designed for unit weights of up to 25 tons.

Thanks to the spacious hall capacity, larger assemblies can also be realized. Any necessary machining of the assemblies is carried out on our drilling and milling machines as well as on various lathes.
SYSTEMS AND INDUSTRIAL ASSEMBLY

In the event of capacity bottlenecks and time problems, we will be happy to help you out with the appropriate specialist personnel. Our experienced fitters will support you with new installations and conversions of your machinery and plant.
We are also happy to help you with repairs, installation and conversion of spare parts and components.

In accordance with your wishes, our fitters will reassemble the defective components and equip your systems with new parts right through to trial and continuous operation.

MACHINING AND SUBCONTRACTING

We develop a productivity-enhancing solution for practically every feasible customer-specific requirement in the field of general mechanical engineering.

The most expedient concept is determined in cooperative discussions with the customer. A large number of spare parts and special designs for older systems are difficult for many customers to procure. We manufacture tool, machine and steel components for you according to drawings, samples or your own ideas.

Our range of services includes potential analysis, planning, design, manufacture and assembly of modernization components and systems.
ENGINEERING AND DESIGN

All data is collected and prepared for production in our own design department.
Furthermore, meaningful and complete documentation with all necessary drawings and parts lists is also created here.

Electrical diagrams, risk assessments and subsequent CE declarations are also included. Should you wish to make changes to existing developments, we will also implement these.
